  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime. We have 24-hour access. In addition to online rentals we offer a 24-hour Onsite Rental Kiosk to make renting a unit anytime of the day easy.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out. Please download our Termination of Lease. Once you have completed the form, please email it to [email protected]

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. You will have to complete and sign our online Tenant Lease Agreement.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You must sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Bank Auto ACH, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    We do not sell boxes and storage supplies onsite.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing via our onsite Kiosk you will be given your own security pass code that will allow 24-hour access. In addition, you will need to purchase a lock through our Kiosk for $8.99.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

  • Do I need Renter/Tenant Insurance?

    Yes, all customers are required by the rental agreement to insure property stored at this facility and provide b.Mac's with proof of insurance. Renter/Tenant Insurance is available through Property First Group for a small monthly fee at the time of renting and signing your Lease Agreement.
